康复评定一体化在膝骨性关节炎康复护理中的应用

Application of Integrated Rehabilitation Assessment in Rehabilitation Nursing of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析康复评定一体化方案在膝骨性关节炎康复护理中的应用价值。方法随机选取福建中医药大学附属康复医院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的70例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,分为两组。对照组35例采用常规康复护理方法,观察组35例实施康复评定一体化措施。分析两组临床护理效果,统计护理满意度,观察两组膝关节功能评分和生活质量评分。结果观察组护理满意度为91.43%,对照组为65.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.872,P=0.008)。观察组膝关节功能(82.33±2.04)分、SF-36(50.26±2.14)分、Berg平衡量表(50.14±1.25)分,优于对照组的(77.14±1.16)分、SF-36(37.24±0.72)分、Berg平衡量表(40.14±0.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.083、34.114、39.137,P<0.05)。结论在膝骨性关节炎临床康复护理中,康复评定一体化护理方案效果较为理想,能够提升护理效果,患者生活质量和膝关节功能恢复良好,站立行为能力得到改善。

Objective To analyze the application value of rehabilitation assessment integrated program in rehabilitation nursing of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 70 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected as research objects and divided into two groups.35 cases in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation nursing,and 35 cases in the observation group were treated with integrated rehabilitation assessment.The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed,the nursing satis fation was counted,and the knee function score and quality of life score of the two groups were observed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 91.43%,while the control group was 65.71%,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.872;P=0.008).Knee function(82.33±2.04)points,SF-36(50.26±2.14)points,Berg balance scale(50.14±1.25)points of the observation group were better than the control group(77.14±1.16)points,(37.24±0.72)points,(40.14±0.85)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.086,34.114,39.137,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical rehabilitation nursing of knee osteoarthritis,the effect of the integrated nursing program of rehabilitation assessment is ideal,which can improve the nursing effect.The patients quality of life and knee joint funtion recovered well,and improve the standing behavior ability.
