“邓氏降尿酸方”治疗2型糖尿病患者高尿酸血症的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Hyperuricemia in Type 2 Diabetic Patients with"Deng’s Uric Acid Reduction Formula"

目的研究“邓氏降尿酸方”治疗2型糖尿病患者高尿酸血症的临床效果。方法随机选取2020年1月—2021年12月乌鲁木齐市中医医院收治的60例2型糖尿病高尿酸血症患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行常规西医治疗,研究组于常规治疗基础上加用“邓氏降尿酸方”,治疗后,对比两组尿酸、尿微量白蛋白、血糖水平,中医症候积分以及治疗有效率。结果治疗后,研究组的UA、mALB水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组FPG、2 hPG以及HbA1c水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705,P<0.05)。结论“邓氏降尿酸方”用于2型糖尿病并高尿酸血症治疗可有效降低患者的尿酸与血糖水平,改善其临床症状,疗效显著,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of"Deng′s uric acid reduction formula"in the treatment of hyperuricemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixty patients with hyperuricemia in type 2 diabetic patients admitted to Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected for the study.The random number table method was used to divide into two groups of 30 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with"Deng′s uric acid reduction formula"on basis of the conventional treatment.After treatment,the uric acid level,urine microalbumin level,blood glucose level,TCM symptom score and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the UA and mALB levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM symptom score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.705,P<0.05).Conclusion"Deng′s Uric Acid Reduction Formula"can effectively reduce uric acid and blood glucose levels and improve clinical symptoms in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperuricemia,with significant efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
