摘要
为探索生产过程中水溶性聚磷酸铵的生成情况,在单因素的基础上,采用响应面法进行优化并建立数学模型,研究不同反应时间、温度及物料比(物质的量比)对样品中聚磷酸铵聚合度和聚合率的影响。结果表明:反应时间是影响实验的最显著条件,反应温度/物料比是交互作用最明显条件。利用17-17-17进行重现性实验,样品中聚磷酸铵的平均聚合度与预测值非常相近,表明方程拟合效果较好,可以代替实验进行预测。
In order to explore the formation of water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate in the production process,the response surface method is used to optimize and establish a mathematical model on the basis of asingle factor.The effects of different reaction times,temperature and material ratio(mass ratio of substance)on the polymerization degree and polymerization rate of ammonium polyphosphate in the sample are studied.The results show that the reaction time is the most obvious condition affecting the experiment,and the reaction temperature/material ratio is the most obvious condition for interaction.Using the reproducibility experiment of 17-17-17,the average polymerization degree of ammonia polyphosphate in the sample is very similar to the prediction value,indicating that the good fitting effect of the equation,it can replace the experiment for prediction.
