新时代地方高校院系党建工作探析——以惠州学院为例

Party Organization Establishment of Colleges and Departments in Local Universities in the New Era:the Case of Huizhou University

高校院系党建是高校党建工作的关键环节,是贯彻新时代党的教育方针、落实立德树人根本任务的重要保障。目前地方高校院系党建工作主要面临政治功能发挥不够、党建制度执行不力、党建与业务融合机制不健全等现实困境。从聚焦领导班子建设、政治把关作用、思想政治建设、党建制度执行、党建与业务融合等方面,尝试探索新时代地方高校院系党建工作质量提升路径。

The party building work of colleges and departments serve as the key link in university party building work. Meanwhile it safeguards the implementation of educational policy in the new era and carries out the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Currently,the party building work in the local colleges and departments are mainly faced with practical difficulties such as insufficient political function,ineffective implementation of party building system,and imperfect integration mechanism of party building and businesses. This paper attempts to explore the path of improving the quality of party establishment work of the local university faculties in the new era by focusing on the building of the leadership team,the role of political gatekeepers,ideological and political education,the management of the party construction system,and the integration of party forming with that of businesses.
