摘要 高校图书馆实行“金字塔”型职能化管理,仍拥有一定管理惯性优势,但在知识服务碎片化与用户需求个性化背景下,读者和馆员间交互滞后、图书馆活力不足等劣势日渐突显,亟需创新管理模式。“人单合一”是海尔集团应对企业活力不足,创造性提出的“用户需求与员工价值合而为一”的现代化管理模式。文章深入研究了“人单合一”的内涵与本质、实施条件、运行模式等,并以某高校图书馆管理现状为例,探讨图书馆借鉴“人单合一”的现实需求与现有条件,进而提出图书馆“人单合一”模式构建的三个关键节点:创新组织结构,构建平台型组织;激活馆员内驱力,实行双轨制发展;深挖读者需求,倡导协同管理。 The "pyramid" type of functional management in university libraries still has a certain advantage of management inertia,but in the background of knowledge service fragmentation and personalized user needs,the disadvantages of the interaction between readers and librarians outweigh,the lack of library vitality and other issues are increasingly prominent. So it is urgent to innovate the management mode. "Rendanheyi(individual goal combination)" is a modern management mode creatively proposed by Haier Group to cope with the lack of enterprise vitality and "integration of user demand and employee value". In this paper,the connotation and essence,implementation conditions and operation mode of the " Rendanheyi " are closely studied. By taking the current management situation of a university library as an example,this paper discusses the practical needs and existing conditions of the library for the reference of the "Rendanheyi(individual goal combination)". Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward three key points for the establishment of " Rendanheyi " mode in the library by innovating organizational structure and building platform organization,by activating the internal drive of librarians and implementing the dual track system and by serving the needs of readers and advocating the collaborative management.
