黄精多糖对急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠肠胃功能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Polygonatum Polysaccharide on Gastrointestinal Function in Rats with Acute Gastric Mucosal Injury

摘要 探讨黄精多糖(polygonatumsibiricum Red)对急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠血清胃动素(MTL)、大鼠白介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)表达的影响。选择SPF级SD雄性大鼠70只。随机分为空白组(10只),造模组(60只)。造模组采用10%的冰乙酸溶液灌胃1次/24 h,灌胃前12 h禁食不禁水,连续灌胃7次,空白组大鼠灌胃等体积的0.9%NaCl。将造模成功的50只大鼠,随机分为模型组和奥美拉唑组及黄精多糖高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。每日中午灌胃,连续7周。观察各组大鼠一般状态,采用ELISA法检测血清胃动素(MTL)、IL-6(ng/L)含量,采用化学比色法对GSH-Px进行测定。结果显示,模型组较空白对照组肠推进率和排空率、MTL、GSH-Px降低(P<0.01),IL-6含量升高(P<0.01)。与模型组大鼠相比,奥美拉唑组和黄精多糖低、中、高剂量组IL-6降低(P<0.01),肠推进率和排空率、MTL、GSH-Px随着黄精浓度的升高都趋于升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:黄精多糖可以通过抑制炎症因子的分泌,调节胃肠激素的分泌以及抗氧化酶的含量来治疗急性胃黏膜损伤。 Toinvestigate the effects of polygonatumsibiricumRed on the expression of serum motilin(MTL),interleukin6(IL-6)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)in rats with acute gastric mucosal injury.Methods:Seventy SPF SD male rats were selected.They were randomly divided into blank group(n=10)and model group(n=60).The rats in the modeling group were given 10%glacial acetic acid solution by gavage once every 24h.The rats in the blank group were given the same volume of 0.9%NaCl by gavage for 7 consecutive times before gavage.A total of 50 rats were randomly divided into model group,omeprazole group,high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose Xanthophyllum polysaccharide groups,with 10 rats in each group.Gavage was administered daily at noon for 7 weeks.The general state of rats in each group was observed.The contents of serum motilin(MTL)and IL-6(ng/L)were detected by ELISA,and GSH-Px was determined by chemical colorimetric method.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the intestinal propulsion rate,emptying rate,MTL and GSH-Px in the model group were decreased(P<0.01),and the IL-6 content was increased(P<0.01).Compared with model group,IL-6 was significantly decreased in omeprazole group,Xanthophyllum polysaccharide low,medium and high dose groups(P<0.01),and intestinal propulsive rate and emptying rate,MTL and GSH-Px tended to increase with the increase of xanthophyllum concentration(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Xanthophylls can inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors,regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones and the content of antioxidant enzymes to treat acute gastric mucosal injury.
