冶金炉氧枪砖设计及拉砖方法的研究

摘要 在冶金行业中,冶金炉砖炉更换耐火砖时,需要将现有砖炉的耐火残砖全部拆除,拆除工作环境恶劣、劳动工作强度大,且耗费时间长,影响企业生产进度。主要介绍底吹炉氧枪砖设计及拉砖方法。首先,在法兰内部设置氧枪砖、工艺围砖及普通围砖,第一步,冶炼工艺完成后,利用一级扒砖装置拉出所有的工艺围砖,形成至少一对位于氧枪砖两侧的氧枪砖扒砖孔,氧枪砖扒砖孔贯通冶炼炉内部;第二步,再利用二级扒砖装置通过至少一对氧枪砖扒砖孔伸入至冶金炉内部的底部,将氧枪砖和普通围砖一起拔出。能够将氧枪砖利用扒砖装置完全拉出,不需要破拆,减少劳动强度,扒砖效果好。 In the metallurgical industry, when the metallurgical furnace brick furnace replaces the refractory brick, it is necessary to remove all the refractory residual brick of the existing brick furnace.The demolition environment is bad, the labor work intensity is high, and the time consuming is long, which affects the production schedule of the enterprise.This paper mainly introduces the design and drawing method of oxygen gun brick in bottom blowing furnace.Firstly, oxygen lance bricks, process bounding bricks and ordinary bounding bricks are set inside the flange.In the first step, after the smelting process is completed, all process bounding bricks are pulled out by the first-level brick raking device to form at least one pair of oxygen lance brick raking holes located on both sides of oxygen lance brick, and oxygen lance brick raking holes are connected through the smelting furnace.In the second step, the two-stage brick raking device is used to extend into the bottom of the metallurgical furnace through at least one pair of oxygen gun brick raking holes, and the oxygen gun brick and ordinary surrounding brick are pulled out together.The oxygen gun brick can be completely pulled out using the brick picking device without breaking, reducing labour intensity and providing good brick picking results.
