摘要
为解决充填开采中充填管道频发堵管事故的问题,以山东肥城某矿为例,使用理论分析的方法,研究与分析充填使用的材料和充填管道中堵管的类型。通过对比现有的人工拆除法、布置同流水管法的优缺点,提出了气压通管技术。研究结果表明该技术可以降低经济的投入、提高通管的效率。
In order to solve the frequent pipe plugging accidents of filling pipeline during filling mining process, this paper takes a mine in Feicheng, Shandong province as an example, and uses the theoretical analysis method to study and analyze the filling materials and the type of pipe blocking in the filling pipeline.Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of existing manual demolition method and layout of the water pipe method, the pneumatic pipe technology is proposed.The results show that the technology can reduce economic investment and improve the efficiency of pipe management.
