新工科视阈下印度产教协同育人运行模式及启示

The Operational Model and Enlightenment of India’s Cooperative Education of Industry and Education under the New Engineering Perspective

新工科建设中产教协同育人是培养工程科技人才的重要路径之一。通过分析印度工程教育中信息和通信技术行业领域的产教协同育人实践,发现跨国企业投资和印度国家人才发展策略共同推动了产教协同育人发展,大学与企业都在产教协同育人中获利,双方采取了基于课程合作和基于项目合作两种主要实践模式。我国产教协同育人的发展需要政府鼓励特定行业人才培养并建立中介机构,企业要采取实际行动参与产教协同育人,高校产教协同育人应以人才培养为核心。

Cooperation with production and education of the New Engineering construction is one of the important ways to train engineering science and technology talents.By analyzing the practice of industry-university collaborative education in the field of information and communication technology in Indian engineering education,it is found that the investment of multinational companies and the Indian national talent development strategy have jointly promoted the development of industry-university collaborative education.Universities and enterprises have benefited from industry-university collaborative education.The collaborative education of industry and education adopts two main practice modes:curriculum based collaboration and projectbased collaboration.In China,the development of the collaborative education of production and education needs the government to encourage the cultivation of personnel in specific industries and establish an intermediary agency,enterprises should take practical action to participate in the collaborative education of production and education,and colleges and universities should focus on talent training.
