工业经济高质量发展测评及区域差距分析——基于广东省的实证研究

Evaluation of High-quality Development of Industrial Economy and Analysis of Regional Gaps——An Empirical Study Based on Guangdong Province

以“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念,构建广东省工业经济高质量发展指标体系,从时间和空间双重维度分析广东省工业经济高质量发展水平。研究结果表明:在时间维度上,广东省工业经济高质量发展水平呈现持续上升态势,其中创新发展、开放发展两大指标是影响工业经济高质量发展的重要因素;在空间维度上,深圳、珠海、惠州、广州等珠三角城市工业经济高质量发展水平显著高于全省水平,粤东西北地市工业经济高质量水平总体欠佳,与珠三角重点城市差距明显。并根据研究发现的问题,提出了相应的对策建议,对于进一步推动广东省工业经济高质量发展具有一定的参考意义。

Based on the five development concepts of“innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing”,a high-quality development index system for Guangdong’s industrial economy is built,and the high-quality development level of industrial economy in Guangdong Province is analyzed from the dual dimensions of time and space.The results show that in terms of time dimension,the high-quality development level of industrial economy in Guangdong Province shows a continuous upward trend,in which innovative development and open development are two major indicators that affect the high-quality development of industrial economy;in terms of spatial dimension,the high-quality development level of industrial economy in Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Huizhou,Guangzhou and other cities in the Pearl River Delta is significantly higher than that of the whole province,and the high-quality level of industrial economy in cities in eastern and northwestern Guangdong is generally poor,and there is a significant gap with key cities in the Pearl River Delta.In response to the problems found in the research,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which has certain reference significance for further promoting the high-quality development of Guangdong’s industrial economy.
