摘要 矿业工程是人类获取能源与原料的重要手段,随着新一代信息化技术与传统采矿技术的深入融合,传统矿业工程管理技术难以适应煤炭资源高效开发与利用的需求。由此,提出了基于融合赋能管理思想的“五化协同”工程管理方法,阐述了包含绿色化、智能化、集成化、专业化、精细化的“五化”主要内容,分析了“五化”协同建设的多目标、协同、开放、伺服、自组织等特性,构建了以价值最优化为整体目标,以“五化”协同融合为核心的全生命周期工程构架体系。在指导煤矿智能化建设实践中,取得了智能化开采与智能化建井工程的安全高效建设。为矿业工程决策、建设与管理提供了一条科学的可借鉴、可复制的工程管理模式,以引领我国煤矿智能化建设与管理新方向,践行工程与经济、工程与技术、工程与管理及人与自然和谐统一的工程哲学思想,对于工程建设与管理具有重要意义。 Mining engineering plays a crucial role in providing energy and raw materials to human societies. With the integration of new information technology and traditional mining technology, traditional mining engineering management is struggling to keep up with the demands of efficient coal resource development and utilization. In response, this paper proposes a "Five Modernizations and Cooperation" project management method that combines traditional and modern technologies. The Five Modernizations include greenization, intellectualization, integration, professionalization, and refinement. This method emphasizes multi-objective, collaborative, open, servo, and self-organizing characteristics, with the ultimate goal of optimizing value. The full life cycle engineering framework system is built with "Five Modernizations and Cooperation" at its core. In the application of intelligent mining construction, safe and efficient mining and well construction engineering have been achieved. This provides a reference for mining engineering decision-making,construction, and management, and sets a new standard for intelligent coal mine construction and management. It also represents a harmonious integration of engineering and economy, engineering and technology, engineering and management, and the unity of man and nature, making it a valuable contribution to the field of engineering construction and management.
