郑州航空港经济综合实验区产城融合发展研究

Research on the development of city-industry integration in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone

为厘清郑州航空港经济综合实验区产城融合发展情况,引入土地混合度计算模型,结合多种空间分析方法,从土地利用视角展开评价。结果表明:(1)实验区“一核领三区,两廊系三心”的规划功能空间布局已初步显现,但东部临港型商展交易区的建设还有待加强;(2)实验区不同类型城市服务设施空间分布关联性较高,生活服务功能发展良好;(3)实验区整体上用地混合度较高,且用地混合度高的地块在空间上有集中分布态势。研究结果可以为郑州航空港经济综合实验区产城融合发展提供一定参考。

In order to clarify the city-industry integration development of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone, the land mixing degree calculation model was introduced, and a variety of spatial analysis methods were combined to conduct the evaluation from the perspective of land use. The results showed that:(1)The planned functional spatial layout of “one core leading three areas, two corridors linking three centers” in the economy zone had initially appeared, but the construction of the eastern port-oriented business exhibition and trading area needed to be strengthened;(2)The spatial distribution of different types of urban service facilities was highly correlated, and the living service function developed well;(3)The economy zone had a high land mixing degree, and the plots with high land mixing degree had a centralized distribution trend in space. The research could provide some reference for the development of city-industry integration in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone.
