摘要
缓/控释型香料微胶囊能够克服香料易挥发、易氧化、自身不稳定的缺陷,提高香料的有效利用率.其中,缓释型微胶囊凭借其特殊的包覆结构可以有效延缓香料芯材的释放.此外,在缓释香料的基础上赋予微胶囊在不同环境因子条件下的应用场景,可设计形成对于外部刺激(pH、温度、光等)响应并释放香料的控释型微胶囊.本文介绍了微胶囊的制备技术和缓/控释型香料微胶囊的分类,总结了缓/控释型香料微胶囊在纺织品、食品、烟草等领域的应用现状,并对其应用前景进行展望.
Sustained/Controlled release fragrance microcapsules can overcome the defects of fragrance, including volatile, easy oxidation and self-instability, thus improving the effective utilization rate of fragrance. Sustained-release microcapsules can delay the release of fragrance because of their special encapsulation structure. In addition, on the basis of the sustained microcapsules, the controlled-release microcapsules can respond to external stimuli(pH, temperature, light, etc.) and release of fragrance. This paper summarized the preparation technology of microcapsules and the classification of sustained/controlled release fragrance microcapsules, and then introduced the application status of sustained/controlled release fragrance microcapsules in textile, food, tobacco and other fields, and prospected its application prospect.
