The Dissemination and Development of Cultural Tourism in Hebei Province in Russia

河北地处京畿要地,其文旅业发展对“一带一路”倡议和“京津冀一体化”规划有重要意义。该文调研了河北文旅资源在“一带一路”沿线国家俄罗斯的传播现状,提出了打响特色文旅品牌,构建“世界级”旅游目的地;深化中俄两国区域合作,打造跨境旅游联合体;借力融媒体宣传优势,建设综合文旅云平台;加强与地方校企合作,提升文旅业服务水平的建议。

Hebei is located in the vicinity of Beijing and its cultural tourism industry is important to the "Belt and Road initiative" and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy. This paper investigates the current situation of the dissemination of Hebei’s cultural and tourism resources in Russia, a country along the "Belt and Road initiative". It proposes to create characteristic cultural tourism brand, build a world-class tourism destination, deepen regional cooperation between China and Russia, and build a cross-border tourism consortium. It also proposes to leverage the advantages of integrated media publicity, build a comprehensive cultural and tourism cloud platform, strengthen cooperation with local universities and companies, continuously improve the service level of cultural and tourism industry.
