深入开展“文化润疆”工程,是新时代党的治疆方略的重要内容。中华文化蕴含着中华各民族所共有的精神力量和价值观念,“文化润疆”工程能够增进新疆各民族人民对中华文化的认同,使新疆各族人民在理想信念、价值观念、道德情怀上紧密团结,进一步铸牢中华民族共同体意识。作为“文化润疆”工程在高校领域的具化和创新,“文化润校”以社会主义先进文化为引领,根植中华文化沃土,以文育人,探索中华文化浸润新疆高校新方式;以文载道,铸牢新疆高校多元一体文化格局;以文传声,构建新疆高校中华民族共同体的话语体系。
