摘要
当今文化自信理念的深化与实践,已然成为高职英语教学在探索跨文化交际能力培养中的必要前提。而经济全球化、信息通信网络化、思维模式多元化使跨文化交际能力成为高职高院人才培养的核心素养之一。该文就此分析了高职英语跨文化交际能力培养的必要性和可行性,即“00后”群体思维方式和价值观的差异性、“文化自信”理念深入人心的普及性、英语教学实践中文化意识双向成长的独特性、多元化世界跨文化交际的迫切性。因此,该文从师生教学、对比学习、实践体验和自主学习4个步骤逐一阐述跨文化交际意识的形成、跨文化交际能力的培养、锻炼以及提升过程中的具体策略。
Nowadays, the deepening and practice of the concept of cultural self-confidence has become a necessary prerequisite for English teaching in vocational colleges to explore the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence. The globalization of economy, the networking of information and communication, and the diversification of thinking modes make intercultural communication ability one of the core qualities of talent training in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of cultivating English intercultural communication competence in higher vocational colleges, that is, the differences in the thinking modes and values of the "post-00s", the popularity of the concept of "cultural self-confidence", the uniqueness of the two-way growth of cultural awareness in English teaching practice, and the urgency of cross-cultural communication in a diversified world. Therefore, this paper expounds the formation of intercultural communication awareness, the cultivation and exercise of intercultural communication ability and the specific strategies in the process of promotion from the four steps of teacher and student teaching, comparative learning, practical experience and autonomous learning.
