试论粤港澳大湾区融合发展视角下的文物古迹活化利用新趋势

New Trends in the Revitalisation and Utilisation of Heritage Sites from the Perspective of Integrated Development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

“共建人文湾区”是2019年《粤港澳大湾区文化和旅游发展规划》所明确提出的发展目标,其强调粤港澳三地以开放互鉴、区域协同、共建共享等方式推动文旅事业的融合发展。在此契机之下,湾区文物古迹作为重要的文化旅游资源,其活化利用焕发新的活力,三地必将走上融合发展之路,粤港澳地域相邻、文化同源,在政府联合驱动和长远规划下,文物古迹活化利用经验交流频率增加,并逐步应用落实到法律条例更新和活化形式中,但在管理体制创新和深化价值、创造效益等方面的协调尚有待加强。

"Co construction of the Cultural Bay Area" is the development goal clearly set forth in the 2019Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural and Tourism Development Plan, which emphasizes that Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao will promote the integrated development of cultural and tourism undertakings by means of openness and mutual learning, regional coordination, joint construction and sharing. Under this opportunity, as an important cultural tourism resource, the activation and utilization of cultural relics and historic sites in the Bay Area will radiate new vitality, and the three regions will surely embark on the road of integrated development. Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao are adjacent to each other and share the same culture. Under the joint drive of the government and long-term planning, the frequency of exchange of experience in the activation and utilization of cultural relics and historic sites will increase, and gradually apply it to the updating and activation of laws and regulations. However, the coordination in management system innovation, value deepening and benefit creation needs to be strengthened.
