基于SWOT分析的中国冰雪运动发展现状与创新策略研究

冰雪运动已是大势所趋,是国家非常重视的模块,也是人民群众喜闻乐见的娱乐活动。但是,我国冰雪运动在自身不断改革与发展中,仍存些许问题亟待解决,尤其是在人才资源、场地设施等方面,均难与政策契机相吻合。基于此,该文借助SWOT等研究方法,针对中国冰雪运动发展存在的优势与不足进行研讨,继而提出针对性对策,旨在为中国冰雪运动的跨越式发展提供理论支持和实践指导。诚望该研究可以发挥抛砖引玉的作用,为相关工作的发展提供可行性建议。

Ice and snow sports have become the trend of the times. It is a module that the country attaches great importance to, and it is also a popular entertainment activity for the people. However, during the continuous reform and development of the ice and snow sports in China, there are still some problems to be solved, especially in terms of human resources, venues and facilities, which are difficult to match the policy opportunities. Based on this, this paper,with the help of SWOT and other research methods, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Chinese ice and snow sports, and then puts forward targeted countermeasures to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the leapfrog development of Chinese ice and snow sports. It is sincerely hoped that this study can play a role in attracting talents and provide feasible suggestions for the development of related work.
