摘要 老旧小区改造作为一项循序渐进的工程,包含了整个城市各个要素。目前部分老旧小区与快速发展的城市理念并不匹配。老旧小区改造的过程中,不仅要关注居住人口数量、建筑质量、地理位置、改造设施等诸多因素,还要结合城市的发展与设计原则,进行合理的规划与改造,秉承绿色的发展理念。文章拟从岳阳市农业局小区现状入手,通过实地调研的方式对小区现状进行分析并提出改造方案。 As a gradual project,the reconstruction of old residential areas includes various elements of the whole city.At present,some old residential areas do not match the concept of fast developing cities.In the process of reconstruction of old residential areas,we should not only pay attention to the number of residents,building quality,geographical location,reconstruction facilities and other factors,but also combine the urban development and design principles to carry out reasonable planning and reconstruction,adhering to the green development concept.The article plans to start with the current situation of the district of Yueyang Agricultural Bureau,analyze the current situation of the district through field research and propose a transformation plan.
