长流程不锈钢企业高温炉窑协同处置危废工艺设想 被引量:1

Scenarios for co-processing hazardous waste process of high-temperature furnaces for long-flow stainless steel enterprises

摘要 受新冠疫情的影响,全球钢铁市场低迷,导致钢铁企业普遍出现窑炉产能过剩的现象。钢铁企业有富余的能力调动高温窑炉协同处置企业内部所产生的固废、其他工业固废与城市危废,不仅能够减轻区域内环保压力,而且能够提高经济效益。本文以某公司现有的烧结机、高炉、炼钢炉窑、回转窑等典型长流程不锈钢企业的高温炉窑为例,提出钢铁高温炉窑协同处置危废技术的工艺设想,包括烧结机协同处理危废技术、高炉协同处理危废技术、回转窑处理含锌粉尘工艺技术、炼钢窑协同处理危废技术。在十四五新时期,通过开发有效的固废处置技术,促进长流程不锈钢企业清洁生产,推动区域循环经济联动,辅助提升钢铁企业的经济、社会和环境效益;同时,为我国危废处置行业提供一条低成本的处置途径。 Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the global steel market is in a downturn,which leads to the phenomenon of overcapacity of furnaces in steel enterprises.Iron and steel enterprises have the surplus capacity to mobilize high-temperature furnaces to cooperatively dispose solid wastes,other industrial solid wastes and urban hazardous wastes generated within enterprises,which can not only reduce the pressure of environmental protection in the region,but also improve economic benefits.In this paper,the existing high-temperature furnaces of long-flow stainless steel enterprises such as sintering machines,blast furnaces,steelmaking furnaces,rotary kilns and other typical long-flow stainless steel enterprises are taken as examples,and scenarios for co-processing hazardous waste process in steel high-temperature furnaces are put forward,including sintering machine co-processing hazardous waste technology,blast furnace co-processing hazardous waste technology,rotary kiln processing zinc-containing dust process technology,and steelmaking kiln co-processing hazardous waste technology.In the new period of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,by developing effective solid waste disposal technology,the cleaner production of long-flow stainless steel enterprises will be promoted,the linkage of regional circular economy will be promoted,the economic,social and environmental benefits of iron and steel enterprises will be promoted,and a low-cost way for hazardous waste disposal industry in China will be provided.
