摘要
心理资本作为影响个人心理与行为的深层次因素,其对大学生创业意愿的影响机制值得研究和关注。文章以高职院校学生为研究对象,把心理资本、创业环境感知、创业教育评价和创业意愿等因素纳入同一个分析框架,构建了心理资本对创业意愿的影响机制模型并进行了实证检验。研究表明,高职学生心理资本对创业意愿具有显著的正向影响,创业环境感知在心理资本与创业意愿之间起着部分中介的作用,创业教育评价正向调节创业环境感知与创业意愿的关系以及创业环境感知的中介作用。
As a deep-seated factor affecting individual psychology and behavior, the influence mechanism of psychological capital on college students’ entrepreneurial intention deserves research and attention. Taking students in higher vocational colleges as the research object, this paper puts the factors such as psychological capital, entrepreneurial environment perception, entrepreneurial education evaluation and entrepreneurial intention into the same analysis framework, constructs the influence mechanism model of psychological capital on entrepreneurial intention, and conducts an empirical test. The research shows that the psychological capital of higher vocational students has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention, and the entrepreneurial environment perception plays a partial mediating role between psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship education evaluation positively moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial environment perception and entrepreneurial intention, as well as the mediating role of entrepreneurial environment perception.
