共赢观与社会经济地位、积极未来自我

Win-win Values,Socioeconomic Status,and Positive Future Self

为探讨新时代青年的共赢观的现状特点及其与社会经济地位、积极未来自我的关系,采用社会经济地位问卷、共赢观量表和积极未来自我问卷进行调查研究。结果表明:青年人的共赢观及其五维度(诚信性、先进性、利他性、和谐性、协同性)处于中等偏上水平;社会经济地位、共赢观、积极未来自我两两之间呈显著正相关,社会经济地位和积极未来自我对共赢观均有显著的正向预测作用;积极未来自我在社会经济地位对共赢观的影响中存在显著的中介效应。因此,共赢观与社会经济地位、积极未来自我密切相关,社会经济地位通过积极未来自我的中介作用对共赢观产生显著的影响。

To explore the current characteristics of win-win values of youth in the new era and relationships among win-win values,socioeconomic status,and positive future self,the study adopts the questionnaire of socioeconomic status,win-win values scale,and positive future self.The results shows that the win-win values and its five dimensions(integrity,advancement,altruism,harmony,and coordination)of young people are at above average level.There was a significant positive correlation between socioeconomic status,win-win values and positive future self and both socioeconomic status and positive future self exert significantly positive predictive effects on win-win values.Positive future self plays a significant mediating role in the effect of socioeconomic status on win-win values.Thus,win-win values are closely related to socioeconomic status and positive future self,and socioeconomic status produce significant indirect effects on win-win values through the mediating role of positive future self.
