摘要
高职院校作为智能制造类技术技能型人才的培养主阵地,存在着培养理念、培养内容、培养方式和培养条件等方面的问题。为解决这些问题,高职院校应采用建立科学的人才培养方案、提升课程整合与课程改革的力度与速度、结合实际建立新型校企合作制度、完善师资与实训条件等措施,以适应新时代给智能制造带来的变革。
As a training base for technically skilled talents in intelligent manufacturing, higher vocational colleges have problems in terms of training concepts, training content, training methods and training conditions. To solve these problems, higher vocational colleges should establish a scientific talent training program, improve the intensity and speed of curriculum integration and curriculum reform, establish a new school-enterprise cooperation system based on reality,and improve teachers and training conditions to adapt to changes of intelligent manufacturing brought by the new era.
