2019年,我国高职教育已迈入以内涵发展为核心的“双高时代”。“双高计划”是构成我国教育现代化战略目标的重要组成部分,它不仅肩负着人力资源供给优化、服务于国家重大战略目标的实施,而且还承载着推进社会可持续发展、建设人才强国的历史重任。通过对我国高职教育现状的分析,从育人理念、教育模式、教学方法等多个角度,努力构建“双高计划”背景下高职英语高素质人才培养体系,从而引领新时代职业教育实现高质量发展。

In 2019, the higher vocational education of our country entered the "Double High Era" which took the connotation development as the core. The Double High Plan is an important part of China’s strategic objectives of educational modernization. It shoulders the heavy responsibilities of optimizing human resource supply, serving major national strategic objectives, promoting the social development and building the talent power. By analyzing the situation of higher vocational education, it establishes the training system of higher vocational English high-quality talents and leads the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.
