辽宁石化职业技术学院机械制造与自动化专业在数字化专业升级改造的实践中,依托产业优势,以校企共建、产教融合为切入点,创新专业“双元培养、书证融通”的人才培养模式,实现课程内容与职业标准相融合、教学过程与生产过程相结合、课程考核与职业证书评价相对接、职业能力与创新能力相融合,使学生提前适应企业的环境,实现了学校人才培养与企业需求的“无缝对接”。

In the practice of digital professional upgrading and transformation, the mechanical manufacturing and automation speciality of Liaoning Petrochemical College, relying on industrial advantages and starting from the school-enterprise co-construction and the integration of production and education, innovates in the professional talent training mode of "dual cultivation and academic certificate—skill certificate integration". Efforts are made to achieve the integration of curriculum content and professional standards, teaching process and production process, curriculum assessment and vocational certificate evaluation, and vocational ability and innovation ability, so that students adapt to the enterprise environment in advance, and it also achieves the "seamless connection" between school talent training and enterprise needs.
