职业技能竞赛与课程改革相融合的研究--以盘锦职业技术学院应用化工技术专业为例

为了促进和加快新型技术型人才的培养,各类型的职业技能竞赛在高职院校如火如荼地进行。如何将职业技能教育与技能竞赛相结合,使技能竞赛更好地促进职业教育的发展,是一个亟待解决的问题。基于此,介绍了职业技能竞赛对高职教育的影响和意义,同时也分析了现阶段职业技能竞赛和实际教学之间存在的不和谐问题,并提出了一些解决方法。

In order to promote and speed up the cultivation of new-type technical talents, various types of vocational skills competitions are in full swing in higher vocational colleges. It is urgent to integrate vocational skill education with skills competition to promote the development of vocational education. This paper introduces the influence and significance of vocational skills competition on higher vocational education, and analyzes the disharmony between vocational skills competition and practical teaching at present, and puts forward some solutions.
