淡竹叶挥发油成分GC-MS分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对淡竹叶挥发油的成分组成研究,探讨淡竹叶挥发油中潜在的抗菌活性成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取淡竹叶挥发油成分,并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析淡竹叶挥发油的主要化学成分。结果从淡竹叶挥发油中分析得出26种成分,主要以烯类成分(19.87%)为主。结合文献查阅分析筛选淡竹叶挥发油中6种潜在抗菌活性成分为:2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、β-紫罗兰酮、α-紫罗兰酮、桉叶油醇、α-杜松醇、龙脑。结论不同产地的淡竹叶挥发油中活性成分具有一定差异性,研究结果为后续的药理学研究及其质量标准评价奠定基础。 Objective To study the main components of volatile oils from Lophatheri Herba and explore its potential antibacterial active components.Methods Steam distillation was used to extract the volatile oils from Lophatheri Herba and the main chemical components of the volatile oil from Lophatheri Herba were analyzed by GC-MS technology.Results From the analysis on the volatile oil from Lophatheri Herba,26 kinds of components were obtained,and the main components were olefins(19.87%).Combining literature review and analysis,six potential antibacterial active components in the volatile oil of Lophatheri Herba are 2,4-di-t-butylphenol,β-ionone,α-ionone,cineole,α-cadinol and endo-borneol.Conclusion There are differences in the active ingredients of Lophatheri Herba from different producing areas.The results of the study lay the foundation for the research on the effective material basis of Lophatheri Herba and the quality control evaluation.
