摘要
目的使用红外分光光度计对西甲硅油中二氧化硅的含量进行检测。方法用0.1 mm溴化钾吸收池,照红外分光光度法测定,扫描次数4,扫描分辨率4 cm^(-1),扫描范围从1335~1040 cm^(-1),读取二甲硅油溶液1250~1150 cm^(-1)波长范围内的最小吸收波长(约1214 cm^(-1)),然后测定西甲硅油对照品溶液与供试品溶液在上述最小吸收波长(约1214 cm^(-1))处的吸光度。结果在该检测条件下,西甲硅油中二氧化硅含量在0.1502~0.4503 g/ml范围内,线性回归方程为y=1.1169x-0.0825,r为0.9994,平均回收率为102.4%,专属性高,精密度和耐用性良好,溶液稳定性好。结论该方法专属性强、准确度高、精密度好、操作简便、用时短,可用于西甲硅油中二氧化硅的含量测定。
Objective To detect the content of silica in simethicone by infrared spectrophotometer.Methods The content of silica in simethicone was determined by infrared spectrophotometry with a 0.1 mm potassium bromide absorption cell.The number of scans was 4,the scan resolution was 4 cm^(-1)and the scanning range was 1335^(-1)040 cm^(-1).The minimum absorption wavelength(about 1214 cm^(-1))of the simethicone solution was read in the wavelength range of1250-1150 cm^(-1),and the absorbance of the simethicone reference solution and the test solution was measured at the above-mentioned minimum absorption wavelength(about 1214 cm^(-1)).Results Under the detection conditions,the linear regression equation of silica was y=1.1169x-0.0825 and the correlation coefficient(r)was 0.9994.The average recovery was 102.4%.The specificity,precision and durability were good and the solution was stable.Conclusion With good specificity and precision,the method is simple and fast,so it can be used for the determination of silica in simethicone.
