This paper analysed the literature about male nurses′ professional gender stereotypes and professional identity at home and abroad, in order to understand their intrinsic links, the current situation at home and abroad as well as the relevant interventions, and provide reference for stabilizing the male nursing workforce and building a perfect nursing system.
