复方岗松洗液在阴道炎治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of compound Gangsong lotion in treatment of vaginitis

目的观察复方岗松洗液在阴道炎中的治疗效果。方法选取120例阴道炎患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组与对照组,各60例。试验组采用复方岗松洗液联合抗菌或雌激素补充药物治疗,对照组采用单纯抗菌或雌激素补充药物治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后阴道健康度评分和阴道炎症状评分及显效者治疗结束后1、3个月复发情况。结果试验组治疗显效率和总有效率分别为86.7%、96.7%,均高于对照组的60.0%、78.3%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阴道健康度及阴道炎症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组阴道健康度评分及阴道炎症状评分高于治疗前,且试验组明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组显效者治疗结束后1、3个月复发率均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方岗松洗液联合抗菌或雌激素补充治疗可有效提升阴道炎的临床疗效,消除阴道炎症,恢复阴道健康状况,降低复发率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of compound Gangsong lotion on vaginitis.Methods 120 patients with vaginitis were selected and divided into test group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with compound Gangsong lotion combined with antibacterial or estrogen supplement drugs,and the control group was treated with antibacterial or estrogen supplement drugs alone.The treatment effect,vaginal health score and vaginitis symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,as well as the recurrence of patients 1 and 3 months after treatment.Results The effective rate and total effective rate of experimental group were 86.7%and 96.7%,respectively,which were higher than 60.0%and 78.3%of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vaginal health and vaginitis symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of vaginal health and vaginitis symptoms of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the test group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recxirrence rates in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group 1 and 3 months after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Gangsong lotion combined with antibacterial or estrogen supplement therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of vaginitis,eliminate vaginal inflammation,restore vaginal health,reduce the recurrence rate,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
