中药联合亮丙瑞林治疗特发性中枢性性早熟女童的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Chinese medicine combined with lepraline in the treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty in girls

目的探讨中药联合亮丙瑞林治疗特发性中枢性性早熟女童的临床效果。方法选取142例女童特发性中枢性性早熟患儿,根据随机数字表法分为亮丙瑞林组与中西医结合组,各71例。亮丙瑞林组应用亮丙瑞林治疗,中西医结合组应用中药联合亮丙瑞林治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组血清雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中西医结合组E2、LH及FSH水平均低于亮丙瑞林组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫容积、卵巢容积与乳核直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中西医结合组子宫容积、卵巢容积均小于亮丙瑞林组,乳核直径短于亮丙瑞林组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医结合组总有效率为95.77%,高于亮丙瑞林组的85.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药联合亮丙瑞林治疗特发性中枢性性早熟女童的效果显著,可降低患儿血清性激素水平,改善子宫、卵巢容积及卵泡直径,且尚未发现增加不良反应,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine combined with lepraline in the treatment of girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty.Methods 142 girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty were selected and divided into lepraline group and integrated Chinese and western medicine group according to random number table method,71 cases in each group.The lepraline group was treated with lepraline,and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with lepraline.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2,LH and FSH in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those in leuprelin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in uterine volume,ovarian volume and milk nucleus diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume and ovarian volume of the integrated Chinese and western medicine group were smaller than that of the Liangprorelin group,and the milk nucleus diameter was shorter than that of the Liangprorelin group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was 95.77%,which was higher than 85.92%of the lepraline group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty girls,Chinese medicine combined with lepraline has a significant effect,can reduce the serum sex hormone levels,improve the volume of uterus,ovary and follicle diameter,and has not been found to increase adverse reactions,has a high clinical promotion value.
