摘要
目的观察优质护理在妇产科护理中的效果。方法选取60例妇产科患者,采用系统抽样法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理。比较两组护理满意度、不良事件发生情况。结果观察组护理满意度96.67%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于妇产科患者护理中,可提升护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率,具有推广价值。
Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 60 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group by systematic sampling,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing.Nursing satisfaction and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67%higher than that in the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the diflFerence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in the nursing of obstetrics and gynecology patients can improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and has popularization value.
