摘要
该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、行动研究法和数理统计法,对北京大学2021年暑期线上太极拳课程的教学模式以及学生的评价结果进行研究。研究结果表明,大部分学生(88%)对于太极拳线上课程的开展效果表示认可,且能够很好地完成学习任务。在视频学习中,几乎所有的学生(99.4%)都能够在90min内完成教学内容并掌握动作。同时,有50%以上的学生在正常每周1次的体育课之外,还会进行2次以上的太极拳练习,对于培养学生良好的运动习惯起到了重要作用“。互联网+教育”的形式,能够很好地利用多种途径激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的锻炼习惯,提高学生的体育素养,从根源上促进学生参与体育运动,全面提高学生的运动能力。
By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, action research and mathematical statistics, this paper studied the teaching mode and the evaluation results of students of the 2021 summer online Taichi course of Peking University. The results showed that most of the students(88%) recognized the effectiveness of the online Taichi course and were able to complete the learning task well. In the video learning, almost all students(99.4%)could complete the teaching content and master the action in 90 minutes. At the same time, more than 50% of the students performed more than two Taichi exercises in addition to the regular weekly physical education class,which played an important role in cultivating students’ good sports habits. Through the form of "Internet+education", we could make good use of various ways to stimulate students’ interest in learning, cultivate students’ exercise habits and improve students’ sports literacy, and promote students to participate in sports and comprehensively improve students’ sports ability from the root.
