髌骨脱位术后功能锻炼疗效分析

摘要 目的:探究功能锻炼在髌骨脱位术后的应用效果。方法:选取某市某医院2021年8月至2022年2月收治的60例髌骨脱位术患者作为调查对象,通过分层随机的方式,划分成2组,各30例:一组设定成对照组,实施常规护理方案;另一组设定成是实验组,在常规护理方案的基础上,增加功能锻炼。在术后24h后便可在床上进行轻度活动,后续随着恢复情况,逐渐改变锻炼强度。对比两组患者膝关节功能、疼痛情况与后遗症发生率。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者HSS评分(83.06±13.22)高于对照组患者HSS评分(72.81±14.73);实验组患者VAS评分(3.43±0.87)低于对照组患者VAS评分(4.26±1.30);实验组患者后遗症发生率(6.67%)低于对照组患者后遗症发生率(30.00%)。结论:对髌骨脱位术后患者护理时,有效制动患者康复锻炼,可更好地改善患者膝关节功能,降低患者疼痛度,并防止各种后遗症的出现,对患者恢复具有重要意义。 Objective:To investigate the application effect of functional exercises after patellar dislocation surgery.Methods:Sixty patients with patellar dislocation admitted to a hospital in a city from August 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into 2 groups with 30 cases each by stratified randomization. One group was set as the control group, which implemented the conventional care program, and the other group was set as the experimental group, which added functional exercise to the conventional. After 24 hours after surgery, light activity could be performed in bed, and the intensity of the exercise was gradually changed as recovery. The knee function, pain and sequelae incidence in the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the control group,the HSS score of patients in the experimental group(83.06±13.22) was higher than that of patients in the control group(72.81±14.73), the VAS score of patients in the experimental group(3.43±0.87) was lower than that of patients in the control group(4.26±1.30), and the incidence of sequelae of patients in the experimental group(6.67%) was lower than that of patients in the control group(30.00%). Conclusion:During the care of patients after patellar dislocation survey, effective braking of patients’ rehabilitation exercises can better improve patients’ knee function, reduce patients’ pain and prevent the occurrence of various sequelae, which is of great significance for patients’ recovery.
