摘要
健美操项目是大学体育课程重要的组成部分,为使健美操运动在高校健康、持续、多元化发展,就需要在健美操教学中不断优化教学内容,改革教学方法。软梯训练法作为现代体能训练法的一种训练方法,它较为前沿独特,现已应用于多种体育运动项目中。基于此,该研究采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,以苏州市某高校大二年级健美操选项课一个班级的40名学生为实验对象,进行为期14周的实验,旨在探究软梯训练法对普通高校健美操选项课女生身体素质的影响及在健美操教学中运用的可行性,为丰富高校健美操教学手段、提高教学质量提供理论参考。
Aerobics is an important part of college PE curriculum. In order to ensure the healthy and sustainable diversified development of aerobics in colleges and universities, it is necessary to constantly optimize the teaching content and reform the teaching methods in aerobics teaching. As a training method of the modern physical training methods, the soft ladder training method is more advanced and unique, and it has been applied to a variety of sports events. Based on this, this research adopts the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics,takes 40 students in a class of sophomore aerobics elective course in a college in Suzhou as experimental objects,and conducts a 14-week experiment, aiming to explore the influence of the ladder training method on the physical quality of girl students in aerobics option course in ordinary colleges and universities and the feasibility of its application in aerobics teaching, so as to provide theoretical reference for enriching the teaching methods of aerobics in colleges and universities and improving the teaching quality.
