上海高校阳光乒乓球运动的多元化发展探究

该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等方法,对阳光乒乓球运动多元化发展进行了深入研究,以期为高校乒乓球运动的开展奠定深厚的基础。乒乓球运动在高校阳光体育工作中具有重要的地位和作用。该文秉持以学生健康为中心的思路,采取多样化的手段丰富高校阳光乒乓球运动,为改善高校学生的体质健康,助推阳光体育运动的持续深入以及高校体育工作的有序开展提供很好的借鉴,并对阳光体育背景下的高校乒乓球运动的发展进行更为有效的研究。

This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review, logical analysis, expert interview, questionnaire survey to deeply study the diversified development of Sunshine Table Tennis, in order to lay a very deep foundation for the development of table tennis in colleges and universities. Table tennis plays an important role in the work of Sunshine Sports in colleges and universities. This paper adheres to the idea of students’ health as the center, adopts diversified means to enrich the Sunshine Table Tennis in colleges and universities, which provides a good reference for improving college students’ physical health, promote the continuous deepening of Sunshine Sports and the orderly development of physical education in colleges and universities, and also makes a more effective study on the development of table tennis in colleges and universities under the background of Sunshine Sports.
