我国幼儿体育生态系统实现路径研究

Research on the Realization Path of Early Childhood Sports Ecosystem in China

目前,我国幼儿体育发展存在的问题为人力资源配备不足、幼儿课程设置不合时宜、幼儿活动空间器材不足和幼儿信息化平台缺失等。对此,该文基于系统化理念,借助生态系统理论成果,以生态系统为突破口,筛选了幼儿体育政策、幼儿园主体体育、家庭幼儿体育、社区幼儿体育和幼儿体育市场机构等我国幼儿体育生态系统构成要素,并对我国幼儿体育生态系统各构成要素及其之间的关系进行分析,提出我国幼儿体育生态系统实现路径,如优化健全幼儿体育政策,巩固完善幼儿园主体体育,引导支持家庭幼儿体育,培育壮大社区幼儿体育等多元化发展措施,以及建立专业人才、场地设施、信息流动等资源共享模式。

At present, the problems existing in the development of early childhood sports in China are insufficient human resources, outdated curriculum settings for young children, insufficient space equipment for young children’s activities, and lack of information platform for young children. In this regard, based on the concept of systematization, with the help of the theoretical achievements of ecosystems, taking "ecosystem" as a breakthrough point, the article screens the elements of China’s early childhood sports ecosystem, such as early childhood sports policies, the main sports in kindergartens, early childhood sports in the family, early childhood sports in the community and early childhood sports market institutions, analyzes the components of China’s early childhood sports ecosystem and the relationship between them, and puts forward the realization path of China’s early childhood sports ecosystem, such as optimizing and improving early childhood sports policies, consolidating and improving the main sports in kindergartens, guiding and supporting early childhood sports in the family, cultivating and strengthening early childhood sports in the community and other diversified development measures, and establishing resource sharing models such as professional talents, venue facilities and information flow.
