乡村振兴战略下体育扶贫路径研究

Research on the Path of Poverty Alleviation by Developing Sports under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴是党的十九大针对新时期发展农业、农村作出的重要战略部署。随着我国社会经济关系的不断发展变化,国内农业发展已经不再追求表面的经济利益,而是开始寻求质量和效益并重,并将其合理渗透于各个领域中。体育扶贫作为实现乡村振兴的关键环节,亦是我国治理贫困、实现共同富裕的重要指导思想。在此背景下,学校、社会、政府要注重学生发展实际,把握教育核心内涵,加强乡村学校体育教育基础设施的建设,在构建新时期乡村学校体育校本课程的同时,促进我国乡村教育事业的蓬勃发展。基于此,该文立足陕西省长武县实际情况,阐述了体育扶贫对精准扶贫工作的意义,分析了现阶段工作存在的问题,并提出具体优化措施,从而为日后广大教育工作者后续研究提供一份参考。

Rural revitalization is an important strategic deployment made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the development of agriculture and rural areas in the new era. With the continuous development and change of China’s social and economic relations, domestic agricultural development has no longer pursued superficial economic interests, but begun to seek both quality and efficiency, and rationally infiltrated them into various fields. As a key link to achieve rural revitalization, poverty alleviation by developing sports is also an important guiding ideology for China to control poverty and achieve common prosperity. In this context, schools, society and the government should pay attention to the actual development of students, grasp the core connotation of education, strengthen the construction of physical education infrastructure in rural schools,and promote the vigorous development of rural education in China while building school-based curriculum in rural schools in the new era. Based on this, based on the actual situation of Changwu County, Shaanxi Province,this paper expounds the significance of poverty alleviation by developing sports for targeted poverty alleviation,analyzes the problems existing in the work at this stage, and proposes specific optimization measures, so as to provide a reference for the follow-up research of educators in the future.
