摘要 雷达接收机放大和处理目标反射回的回波信号,并且在有用的回波信号和无用的干扰之间进行处理。通过预选、放大、变频、滤波等工作,使微弱的射频回波信号变成足够幅度的视频信号或数字信号,从而满足信号处理和数据处理的需要。雷达接收系统一般包括接收前端、射频通道、中频数字接收机、频率源、激励/标定源、接收监控等。频率源在接收系统中起着至关重要的作用,频率源的输出频率、输出功率、杂波抑制度、谐波抑制度、相位噪声等指标是雷达接收系统的重要技术指标。文章介绍了某型C波段多普勒天气雷达接收系统中频率源的的相关设计。并针对该频率源中所使用的直接频率合成技术、锁相频率合成技术、直接数字频率合成技术进行了详细阐述。 The radar receiver amplifies and processes the echo signal reflected by the target,and processes between the useful echo signal and the useless interference.Through preselection,amplification,frequency conversion and filtering,the weak RF echo signal can be changed into a video signal or a digital signal with sufficient amplitude to meet the needs of signal processing and data processing.The receiver system consists of receiving front end,RF channel,IF digital receiver,frequency source,incentive/calibration source receiving monitor etc.The frequency source plays an important role in the receiving system.The output frequency,output power,clutter suppression,harmonic suppression,phase noise and other indicators of the frequency source are important indicators of the radar receiving system.The article introduces the design of frequency source in the receiving system of a C-band Doppler weather radar.The direct frequency synthesis technology,phase-locked frequency synthesis technology and direct digital frequency synthesis technology used in the frequency source are described in detail.
