摘要
设计实现了用于训练与考核学员检修能力的短波电台故障检测维修训练考核系统,本套系统分为模拟器与配套软件两个部分,模拟器是由收发信机、自动天线调谐器、电源组成,采用了STM32单片机作为核心控制单元,通过语音模块、电表、数字键盘、音量调谐旋钮、各类按键开关模拟真实电台的外观、人机交互响应表征与操作记录、人为设置的故障现象表征、故障模块识别等训练与考核功能。配套软件则依据短波电台检测的标准体系所梳理的几十个测试项目,将故障现象、故障模块与具体的测试项目相对应,实现依据测试结果进行故障定位的训练。同时,依据职业技能鉴定考核标准,用于对学员的短波电台维修能力实施考核。
A training and assessment system for fault detection and maintenance of shortwave radio station is designed and implemented,which is used to train and assess the maintenance ability of trainees,This system is divided into two parts:simulator and supporting software,The simulator is composed of transceiver,automatic antenna tuner and power supply.STM32 single chip microcomputer is used as the core control unit to simulate the appearance of the real radio station,human-computer interaction response characterization and operation record,fault phenomenon characterization set artificially,fault module identification and other training and assessment functions through voice module,electricity meter,digital keyboard,volume tuning knob,various key switches.The supporting software is based on dozens of test items sorted out in the standard system of shortwave radio detection,and corresponds the fault phenomena and fault modules with specific test items to achieve fault location training based on the test results.At the same time,it is used to assess the trainees’ short wave radio maintenance ability according to the professional skill appraisal and assessment standards.
