直书写打印的生鲜品质监测用温/湿度传感器

摘要 生鲜在运输和储存过程中有温度和湿度监测的需求,针对传统半导体传感器多感性、选择性差等缺点,课题组设计了一种基于石墨烯与氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide, GO)的温/湿度传感器,并采用直书写3D打印技术将其打印成型。对传感器在温/湿度变化环境下进行了性能研究和解耦分析。实验结果表明:石墨烯和氧化石墨烯分别对温度和湿度响应灵敏且互不干扰,并具有良好的稳定性和重复性,可以实现对运输及仓储环境中温度和湿度的实时、精准监控,降低生鲜的腐坏概率,保证产品质量。 Aiming at the requirements of temperature and humidity monitoring of fresh food in transportation and storage environment, as well as the shortcomings of traditional semiconductor sensors such as multi-sensitivity and poor selectivity, a temperature/humidity sensor based on graphene and graphene oxide(GO) was designed, and the direct-writing 3D printing technology was used to print it into shape. Performance studies and decoupling analysis of the sensor under temperature/humidity changes was carried out. The experimental results show that graphene and GO are sensitive to temperature and humidity and do not interfere with each other, and have good stability and repeatability, which can realize real-time and accurate monitoring of temperature and humidity in transportation and storage environment, reduce the probability of fresh spoilage, and ensure product quality.
