国家安全学一级学科下情报学二级学科建设思路分析

Research on the Construction of the Secondary Discipline Intelligence Science in the View of First-Level Discipline National Security

[研究目的]对国家安全学一级学科下情报学二级学科建设的历史脉络、现实可行性以及推进路径进行分析,以期助推我国国家安全学、情报学的学科建设。[研究方法]运用文献梳理的方法,以中国本土情报学发展的范式演化为研究切入点,进行该文关于国家安全学一级学科下情报学二级学科建设相关问题的研究。[研究结论]长期以来,我国情报学发展过程中形成了情报及信息两大范式,共同推动着中国情报学的不断深入发展,但总体而言情报学的情报范式发展还相对不足。正因学科史、学科特性、制度环境以及内在动力等多个方面的因素,使得在新设立的交叉学科门类下国家安全学一级学科中建设情报学二级学科具有了现实可行性。现阶段为了进一步推进我国国家安全学、情报学的学科发展,我们需要在紧密结合国家战略需求、深化学科研究交叉性以及不断夯实学科理论内涵等方面进一步着力。

[Research purpose]To analyze the historical context,practical feasibility and advancement path of the construction of the second-level discipline of intelligence science under the first-level discipline of national security,in order to promote the discipline construction of national security and intelligence science in our country.[Research method]Using the literature review method,regarding the paradigm evolution of China’s local intelligence science development as the research entry point,this paper conducts research on issues related to the construction of the second-level discipline of intelligence science under the first-level discipline national security.[Research conclusion]For a long time,two paradigms of intelligence and information have been formed in the development of my country’s intelligence science,which jointly promote the continuous and in-depth development of China’s intelligence science.Various factors,such as the history of the discipline,the characteristics of the discipline,the institutional environment,and the internal motivation,make it feasible to build the intelligence science as a second-level discipline in the first-level discipline national security,in the newly established interdisciplinary category.At this stage,in order to further promote the disciplinary development of national security and intelligence science in our country,we need to make further efforts in closely integrating national strategic needs,deepening the intersection of disciplinary research,and continuously consolidating the theoretical connotation of the disciplines.
