骨折联络服务联络员的核心能力评价体系的信效度检验

Reliability and validity test of core competency evaluation system for fracture liaison service coordinator

目的检验骨折联络服务(Fracture Liaison Services,FLS)联络员的核心能力评价体系在FLS联络员中的适用性。方法作者于2020年3~8月间采用目的抽样法向国内开展FLS医院的FLS联络员进行调查,采用项目分析法(变异系数法、相关分析法、临界比率值和同质性检验法)对体系条目进行筛选。使用内容效度、校标效度、探索性因子分析检验体系的效度,使用Cronbach’sα系数、折半信度和重测信度对体系的信度进行分析。结果最终形成的FLS联络员的核心能力评价体系(应用版)包括4个维度,38个条目;总体系Cronbach’α系数为0.981,折半信度为0.935,重测信度为0.992;I-CVI为0.83~1.00,S-CVI/Ave为0.98,S-CVI/UA为0.88;校标效度为0.830;探索性因子分析得到4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为72.807%。结论本研究编制的骨折联络服务联络员的核心能力评价体系在FLS联络员中有较高的信、效度,可以初步用来作为评价FLS联络员的核心能力的工具。

Objective To examine the validity and reliability of the core competency evaluation index system for the Fracture Liaison Services(FLS)coordinator.Methods From March to August 2020,FLS coordinator from hospitals,which carried out FLS domestic,were picked out by purposive sampling and investigated with the core competency evaluation index system of FLS coordinator(test edition).Item analysis methods(coefficient of variation method,correlation analysis method,critical ratio value and homogeneity test method)were used to filtrate items of the system.content validity,calibration correlati-on validity,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor ana-lysis were used to test the validity of the system.Cronbach’αcoefficient,split half reliability and retest reliability were used to test the reliability of the system.Results The final FLS core competency evaluation system(application version)includes 4 dimensions and 38 items.The Cronbach’αcoefficient of the total system was 0.981,the split coefficient was 0.935,and the retest coefficient was 0.992.I-CVI were 0.83~1.00,S-CVI/AVE were 0.98,S-CVI/UA were 0.88.Calibration validity was 0.830.The cumulative variance contribution rate in exploratory factor analysis was 72.807%.Conclusion The core competency evaluation system for the FLS coordinator demonstrated good validity and reliability,and can be initially used as an evaluation tool to evaluate the core competency of the FLS coordinator.
