摘要 近年来我国糖尿病患病率显著上升,糖尿病及其并发症成为危害国民身体健康的重要因素。安化黑茶因其独特的加工原料与工艺,赋予其独特的风味品质和显著的降血糖等健康属性。文章重点介绍了糖尿病发生原因及危害、安化黑茶降血糖的主要活性成分、安化黑茶降血糖功效及其机理,以期为安化黑茶的健康品饮以及黑茶资源的高值化开发利用提供理论依据。 In recent years, the prevalence of diabetes has increased significantly in China, and diabetes and its complications have become an important factor endangering national health. Due to its unique processing raw materials and technology, Anhua dark tea is endowed with unique flavor quality and significant health properties such as hypoglycemic effect. This paper focused on the causes and hazards of diabetes, the main active ingredients of Anhua dark tea for lowering blood glucose, the hypoglycemic effect of Anhua dark tea and its mechanism, which provided a theoretical basis for healthy drinking of Anhua dark tea and the development and utilization of dark tea resources with high value.
