机制砂制备超高性能混凝土方法及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 受限于较高的原材料成本,目前UHPC的价值和潜力并未没有得到充分挖掘和有效利用。以机制砂为原材料,基于紧密堆积原理优化颗粒级配,进行机制砂制备UHPC的研究。结果表明,机制砂UHPC流动度低于石英砂UHPC;蒸养对机制砂UHPC增强效应达到20%;当配制的机制砂细度模数为2.68时,强度可达191 MPa。通过科学计算,将材料的性能最大化,以廉价的机制砂制备性能相当的UHPC,为市场化推广提供更多可能。 Due to the high cost of raw materials, the potential of UHPC has not been fully explored and utilized.Based on the principle of compact packing, UHPC was prepared from mechanized sand by optimizing particle size distribution.The results show that manufactured sands can reduce the fluidity of UHPC.Besides, steam curing can increase the strength of UHPC prepared by mechanical sand by about 20%.When the fineness module of the machine sand is 2.68,the strength of UHPC can reach 191MPa.Through scientific calculation, the performance of the material is maximized, and the UHPC prepared by cheap machine-made sand, which provides more possibilities for market promotion.
