摘要
为获得既有建筑工程桩单桩承载力,对桩基进行现场静载检测,从而为既有建筑基础加固提供数据支持。探讨难点在于如何使桩体无约束和试验反力来源。通过现场试验,采用水钻孔将桩与筏板基础脱离开来,桩体自由,采用高强度螺纹钢在筏板上植筋,利用筏板作为静载试验反力。研究结果表明,该方法简单可行,解决了因空间狭小静载试验无法配重和桩体有约束的情况,试验获得既有工程桩承载力,为既有建筑基础加固提供数据依据。
In order to obtain the bearing capacity of single pile of existing building engineering, static load test of pile foundation is carried out on site, so as to provide data support for the reinforcement of existing building foundation.The difficulty lies in how to make the pile unconstrained and test the source of reaction force.Through the field test, the pile was separated from the raft foundation by water drilling, and the pile body was free. High strength rebar was used to plant reinforcement on the raft, and the raft was used as static load test reaction.The research results show that the method is simple and feasible, and solves the problems that the static load test cannot balance the load due to the small space and the pile body is constrained. The bearing capacity of the existing engineering piles obtained by the test provides the data basis for the reinforcement of the existing building foundation.
