摘要
近年来,高速公路养护施工区交通事故频繁发生,造成人员伤亡和财产损失,严重影响了高速公路的正常运营和交通安全,养护施工区安全已成为高速公路管理中应加强重视和研究解决的问题。从高速公路养护施工区安全及安全管理现状、治理方法和技术手段四个方面入手,对相关研究现状、创新技术及治理对策进行梳理总结,展望高速公路养护施工区治理方法的未来发展趋势:高素质养护管理人员的培养,基于人工智能的养护工程安全防护与预警系统的建立,养护作业主动安全设备应用。
In recent years, traffic accidents in the maintenance and construction area of Expressway still occur frequently, causing casualties and property losses, seriously affecting the normal operation and traffic safety of the expressway.The safety of the maintenance and construction area has become a problem that expressway managers pay more attention to and study and solve.Starting from the four aspects of safety and safety management status, management methods and technical means in the expressway maintenance construction area, this paper summarizes the relevant research status, innovative technologies and management countermeasures, and looks forward to the future development trend of the management methods in the expressway maintenance construction area: the training of high-quality maintenance management personnel, the establishment of the maintenance engineering safety protection and early warning system based on artificial intelligence and the application of active safety equipment in maintenance operations.
