针对传统的不动产测绘技术面临的工作效率低及人力、物力耗费高等问题,文章重点介绍了近年来新兴的无人机倾斜摄影测量在不动产测绘中的应用及其工作原理、技术特点和所具有的优势。

In view of the problems of low efficiency and high cost of manpower and material resources faced by traditional real estate surveying and mapping technology, the application, working principle, technical characteristics and advantages of the newly emerging UAV oblique photogrammetry in real estate surveying and mapping in recent years are introduced in the paper.
