摘要
传统锚系设计验证方法采用二维图纸输入结合木模拉锚的试验模式,针对其中存在木模修改费时且精度难以保证等问题,探索基于三维模型输入结合3D打印技术的锚系设计验证方法,总结锚系部件3D打印的基本工艺,并对3D打印的部件进行拉锚试验验证。结果表明,将3D打印技术运用于锚系设计验证可行,可提高试验的效率与准确性。
The traditional anchor design verification method is based on 2D design input and wooden simulation model test.However the model is hard to modify and its accuracy is big problem.The method of 3D model input combined with 3D printing technology to verify anchor system design was explored.The basic craft of 3D printing for anchor components was summarized.The mock up test was carried out by using the 3D printing components.It was shown that 3D printing technology can be used in the anchor design verification and improve the efficiency and accuracy of mock up test.
