摘要
目的:汉化围术期病人隐私量表(PPS)并检验其信效度。方法:严格遵循Brislin回译模型,通过翻译、回译、文化调适及预试验形成中文版PPS。于2022年2月—4月,抽取山东省淄博市两所三级甲等医院住院的336例围术期病人进行调查,14 d后从中随机抽取50例病人重测,检验中文版量表的信效度。结果:中文版PPS包括3个维度,共16个条目。量表Cronbach′s α系数为0.945,各维度Cronbach′s α系数为0.983,0.957,0.986;条目内容效度指数为0.86~1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数0.94;提取3个公因子,能解释总变异的92.057%。验证性因子分析的拟合指标良好(χ2/ν=2.873,近似误差均方根=0.075,非规准适配度指数=0.975,比较拟合指数=0.979,增值拟合指数=0.979)。结论:汉化版PPS具有良好的信度、效度,可应用于我国围术期病人隐私保护评估。
Objective:To translate the Perioperative Privacy Scale(PPS) to Chinese and test its reliability and validity. Methods:The Chinese version of PPS was formed through translation,back-translation,cultural adjustment,and pre-experiment,strictly following the Brislin back-translation model. A total of 336 perioperative patients in two tertiary grade A hospitals in Zibo city,Shandong province,from February to April 2022,were selected for investigation. After 14 days,50 patients were randomly selected for retesting to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the scale. Results:The Chinese version of PPS included 3 dimensions and 16 items. The Cronbach′s α coefficient of the scale was 0. 945,and the Cronbach′s α coefficients of each dimension were 0. 983,0. 957,and 0. 986. The content validity index of the items was 0. 86-1. 00,and the content validity index of the scale level was 0. 94. Three common factors were extracted,which could explain 92. 057% of the total variation. The fitting index of confirmatory factor analysis was good(χ~2/ν=2. 873,approximate error root mean square=0. 075,non-standard fit index=0. 975,comparison fit index=0. 979,value-added fit index=0. 979). Conclusions:The Chinese version of PPS had good reliability and validity,which could be applied to assess the privacy protection of Chinese perioperative patients.
